- Recycle kitchen rubbish, eg. bottles, cardboard, etc.
- Internal blinds on all windows to reduce energy use on air conditioning
- Pays are transferred electronically, wth the provision of electronic payslips
- Centralised printers with built in scanning functionality, allowing the electronic recording of paperwork
- Cessation of the use of hard copy files for client properties, utilising MERCStream© as the repository for all email, documentation, record of telephone conversations et al
- Utilisation of interfaces for agents, clients and valuers to directly upload reports, photographs and invoices, directly into the system
- MERC Property collect postage stamps from all incoming mail and forward them to a local church. These stamps are collateral in India and have contributed to the building of a hospital and school thus far.

MERC Property will continue to review and update the policy, along with our adherence to all our Corporate Governance compliance requirements.
