Mortgage and Estate Realisation Company is an innovative group of property professionals with a strong ethical foundation focused on managing the sale process of real property on behalf of institutional and private clients throughout Australia .

The most notable component of our business is that of ‘mortgagee in possession property' where our strategic role in managing the entire process has seen our clients benefit from our professional skills in achieving dynamic results, allowing them to redirect the expertise of their own personnel to those areas where they are best utilised. Components that are addressed include, although not limited to, possession, presentation, valuation, agent selection, fees and marketing costs, performance monitoring, settlements and negotiations.

Similar skills are utilised for trustees in bankruptcy, divorce property settlements, private individuals and corporations.

MERC commenced operation in 1998. Since that time, Merc has become a dominant force in its chosen market. Rather than rest on its laurels, Merc has consistently refined procedures and maintained contact with the ABFO (and their expectations) to ensure that maximum value and is derived in meeting our clients objectives.

Sales and Marketing

Merc is intimately aware of the miriad of sales and marketing campaigns associated with all forms of real estate. We are conversant with the boundaries and expectations of our clients responsibilities and have in place procedures to meet them. All transactions are measured to ensure only the appropriately qualified individuals operate on our collective behalf. No ‘arrangements' exist with any supplier and repetitive work only exists on the provision of appropriate service levels

Valuations

Where client panel arrangements exist, those valuers are utilised, however, once again a meaningful measure is recorded on each transaction. Elsewhere, valuations are sought from a proven group of suppliers.

Merc is well known to the Mortgage Insurers and consideration is given to their needs and expectations in each transaction where they are involved.
