The product utilised and designed by MERC seeks to establish high levels of knowledge in regards to a subject property and its worth, prior to going to market, inclusive of thumb nail cost analysis regarding maintenance and/or upgrading, coupled with marketing and selling costs.

MERC has utilised the services of agents across Australia inclusive of many remote and isolated regions, as we have with Valuers and Solicitors across the country. We maintain a “score card” on each and every transaction for each supplier, and over the years have developed, what we believe to be, a short list of extraordinary service providers.

Upon receipt of valuations and agents' appraisals that concur with each other, MERC makes recommendations to the client as to the work to be undertaken, estimated costs, agent to be utilised, and method of sale, together with proposed remuneration structure.

Our intimate knowledge of the compliance requirements for mortgagee in possession properties are woven into, and impact on virtually every decision made throughout the sale process, including chattels. For our financial clients, our services commence from possession right through to checking the settlement statements.
